Withdrawals are not currently available. Activation will occur only after wallet, security and anti-abuse systems are ready, and availability is never guaranteed for every account or region.
The operator's complete legal identity and governing-law information must be added before production digital-asset functionality launches. Mandatory legal rights always take priority over conflicting language in this document.
Current status
The Netron Tanks withdrawal system is in development. No user can currently submit a valid withdrawal request, and no displayed point balance is a promise that conversion or withdrawal will become available.
NTX Points and NTX
NTX Points are an internal game record and are not automatically blockchain assets. NTX is separate. Future conversion may require an eligible account, sufficient verified balance and completion of all checks.
Eligibility and minimum
The minimum amount, account requirements, supported network and regional availability will be displayed in the wallet before submission. Requirements may change prospectively for security, network-cost or economy reasons.
Fees
Unless a different amount is clearly displayed before confirmation, a 5% processing fee plus the actual blockchain network fee will apply. The complete deduction and expected destination amount must appear before confirmation.
Fees may change for future requests but will not be hidden or added retroactively to a confirmed request.
Submitting a request
- Verify the address, network and amount; confirmed blockchain transfers are generally irreversible.
- Maintain control of the game account and connected wallet during review.
- Do not submit duplicate, coordinated or limit-evading requests.
- Never provide a seed phrase or private key to support.
Review period
A standard review may take up to 45 calendar days. Complex investigations may require several additional weeks and the player will receive notice when practical.
The passage of time does not create automatic approval. A request remains pending until a decision is recorded.
Security review
We may review gameplay, matches, input patterns, IP and device associations, account links, purchases, economy events, prior sanctions, wallet activity and relevant support records permitted by law.
Hold, adjustment or rejection
- Cheating, hacking, bots, unauthorized automation, exploit use or duplicated rewards.
- Multi-accounting in the same map, coordinated farming, win trading, collusion or match manipulation.
- Economy manipulation, limit evasion, suspicious transfers, fraud, chargeback abuse or payment reversal.
- A compromised, sold, shared or disputed account, or a destination creating a material security concern.
- An unresolved discrepancy, technical error or breach of the Terms, Anti-Cheat Policy or this Policy.
- A legal, regulatory, sanctions, network or regional restriction.
Balance corrections
Rewards or points connected to an error or violation may be removed. If the verified eligible balance falls below the minimum, the request may be cancelled without creating a debt owed by NetronX.
Username restrictions
An obscene username may cause restriction until the player submits and completes a username-change request. Serious or repeated violations may also affect withdrawal eligibility.
Decision and sanctions
The player will receive approval, rejection or continued-hold status and a clear reason category where practical. Enforcement can include warning, reward rollback, withdrawal lock, temporary or permanent suspension, device block and action on demonstrably associated accounts.
The result is final within the internal process after any appeal, subject to rights applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Appeal
One appeal may be submitted within 14 calendar days through the correct appeals or support section of the official Discord server. It should identify the account, decision and alleged factual error.
An appeal does not guarantee reversal. Repetitive, abusive or off-channel submissions may be closed without further review.
No promise of conversion
Gameplay, holding NTX Points or meeting a displayed threshold does not create a debt, guaranteed exchange right or promise of token value. A feature may be delayed, limited or discontinued for legal, security, technical or economy reasons.
