By using a covered service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The operator's complete legal identity and governing-law information must be added before production digital-asset functionality launches. Mandatory legal rights always take priority over conflicting language in this document.
Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to netronx.games, Netron Tanks, associated accounts, stores, wallet interfaces, community features and other services identified as part of the NetronX ecosystem.
A feature is not available merely because it is described on the website. Additional terms displayed at purchase, wallet connection or feature activation also apply.
Operator and contact
The services are currently presented under the NetronX project name. The operator's complete legal identity, registered address and governing-law notice will be published before production digital-asset functionality is activated.
Project questions may be sent to contact@netronx.com. A response is not guaranteed except where applicable law requires one. Netron Tanks account and gameplay questions may be sent to contact@netrontanks.com or through the correct section of the official Discord server.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NTX, wallet, withdrawal, token or other digital-asset functionality. We do not currently perform routine age identification, but by using those features you represent that you satisfy this requirement and all laws applicable to you.
Netron Tanks access is also subject to relevant platform and local parental-consent rules. We may restrict access when credible information indicates that eligibility requirements are not met.
Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials and connected wallets.
- You are responsible for activity through your account until you report a compromise.
- Multiple accounts are generally permitted, but using them together in the same match or map, to evade limits, manipulate outcomes, farm rewards or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Selling, transferring, sharing or lending an account is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
Licence and intellectual property
NetronX grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the services for their intended purpose. No ownership in software, art, brands, game content or systems is transferred.
You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Acceptable use
- No cheats, bots, unauthorized automation, unfair macros, packet manipulation or modified clients.
- No exploit abuse, item duplication, match manipulation, win trading, collusion or coordinated reward farming.
- No attacks, disruption, security bypass, fraud, chargeback abuse, impersonation, harassment or threats.
- No unlawful, hateful or obscene content or usernames.
Gems, items, NTX Points and NTX
Gems, cases, paints, equipment, premium time and other in-game items are licensed digital content. They are not money, deposits or property interests and have no cash value unless an enabled feature expressly states otherwise.
NTX Points are an internal game record, not automatically on-chain and not directly transferable. NTX is a separate blockchain asset. Future conversion or withdrawal is conditional and never guaranteed.
We may correct balances and reverse duplicated, erroneous or improperly obtained rewards.
Purchases, delivery and refunds
Subject to any mandatory cancellation or conformity rights, digital purchases are generally final once correctly delivered and made available in the designated account. Where required, immediate delivery will begin only after the user expressly requests it and acknowledges any resulting loss of a statutory withdrawal right.
We may review exceptions for duplicate charges, verified non-delivery, a material delivery fault, or where mandatory law requires a remedy. If delivery remains unresolved and the user withdraws the request before delivery, we may approve a refund based on the circumstances.
Our determination is final within the service, but cannot override remedies that the law does not permit users to waive. Chargeback abuse may cause balance reversal or account restriction.
Wallets and blockchain
Blockchain transfers may be public, delayed and irreversible. Users are responsible for the correct network and destination. We cannot reverse a confirmed third-party blockchain transaction.
NTX is not equity, debt, ownership or a promise of profit. Availability may depend on region, technology, security and law.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are still in development and are not currently available. If activated, every request will be governed by the Withdrawal Policy and by limits and fees displayed in the wallet.
We may hold, investigate, adjust or reject requests associated with cheating, exploitation, fraud, compromised access, economy manipulation, coordinated accounts or other abuse. A standard review may take up to 45 calendar days and complex cases may take longer after notice.
Investigations and enforcement
- Review legally permitted gameplay, input, IP, device, account, transaction and support records.
- Issue warnings, remove rewards, correct balances or restrict marketplace and withdrawal access.
- Temporarily or permanently suspend an account, block a device or act on demonstrably associated accounts.
- Communicate a clear reason category while withholding detection details that could enable security bypass.
Availability and changes
Services may be interrupted, rebalanced, changed, migrated or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a feature or preservation of a particular item's gameplay value.
Material policy changes will be announced through a reasonable channel and may require renewed acceptance.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided as available. NetronX is not responsible for third-party platforms, networks, wallets, payment providers or user-controlled credentials.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Clarification and informal resolution
A Netron Tanks player may contact game support to request clarification and attempt an amicable resolution. Crypto-project questions may be sent only to the NetronX email address. We do not promise an answer except where required by law.
No governing law or exclusive forum is designated in this version. Mandatory protections and jurisdictional rules applicable to the user remain unaffected.
General provisions
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. A lawful reorganization or service transfer may include assignment of these Terms subject to required notice.
