netronx.games does not currently fetch player profiles or game-account data. Netron Tanks and future connected features process information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
The operator's complete legal identity and governing-law information must be added before production digital-asset functionality launches. Mandatory legal rights always take priority over conflicting language in this document.
Scope and controller
This Policy covers NetronX websites, Netron Tanks and connected support, store, wallet and community functions. The relevant operator acts as controller for information it determines how and why to process.

Website data today
netronx.games does not currently request or fetch personal game profiles, inventories or PlayFab statistics. Hosting and security providers may still process IP address, browser and device details, request time, requested page, errors and security logs.
The site may store a local cookie-preference record. Optional analytics will not be activated without the required consent.
Netron Tanks data
- Account identifiers, username, email where provided, PlayFab ID and authentication records.
- Progression, ranks, statistics, inventory, purchases, premium time and economy balances.
- Gameplay events, match results, input patterns and anti-cheat or abuse signals.
- IP address, device identifier, client version, operating system, crash and diagnostic data.
- Payment reference, amount, currency, delivery and refund status; full card data remains with the payment provider where applicable.
- Support messages, moderation reports, Discord or social identifiers supplied or connected by the user.
- Public wallet address and transaction data if a wallet feature is used.
Purposes
- Authenticate accounts, provide gameplay, deliver purchases and maintain progression and inventory.
- Operate matchmaking, rankings, support, moderation and product reliability.
- Detect cheating, fraud, compromise, abuse and economy manipulation.
- Review withdrawal eligibility and suspicious activity.
- Comply with binding duties and use optional measurement or communications only with an appropriate legal basis.
Legal bases
Depending on the feature and applicable law, processing may be needed to perform a contract, comply with law, protect legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or rely on consent. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing where it is the applicable basis.
Providers and recipients
Information may be processed by Microsoft PlayFab, Unity technologies, hosting and security providers, payment processors, support and communication services, and optional analytics providers if enabled with consent.
We may disclose information when legally compelled, to protect users or systems, during a lawful corporate transaction, or to professional advisers under appropriate duties. We do not sell personal information for money.
Blockchain information
Public wallet addresses and transactions can remain visible permanently on a decentralized ledger. NetronX cannot erase or alter data independently recorded by a public network. Do not place personal information in transaction messages.
Anti-cheat analysis
Gameplay, input patterns, IP, device identifiers and account activity may be correlated to identify suspicious behavior. Automated signals can trigger a hold, but material enforcement should include contextual or human review where reasonably possible.
This Policy does not state that Netron Tanks scans unrelated personal files or captures device screenshots.
Retention
Account and gameplay records are retained while needed to provide the service. Security, anti-cheat, economy, purchase, fraud, dispute and transaction records may be kept for a long period, including after restriction, where needed to prevent repeat abuse, establish claims or meet legal duties.
No category is promised to be stored forever. Retention remains subject to purpose limitation, mandatory law and valid data-rights requests. Protected backups may retain deleted information until normal rotation completes.
International processing
Providers may process information in other countries. Where required, an approved transfer mechanism and reasonable contractual or technical safeguards will be used.
Security
We use proportionate access controls, logging and provider safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Users must protect credentials, wallet seed phrases and devices. Support will never request a seed phrase or private key.
Your rights
- Request access, correction or a copy of eligible information.
- Request deletion, restriction or object where applicable; lawful security and transaction retention exceptions may apply.
- Request portability where legal conditions are met.
- Withdraw consent for future optional processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.
- Complain to a competent data-protection authority where that right applies.
Age
Digital-asset functions are intended for people aged 18 or older. The game follows relevant platform and local parental-consent rules. We do not use routine age identification, but may restrict an account when credible information indicates ineligibility.

Material updates will be highlighted through the website, game or another reasonable channel.
