Any tool, coordination or behavior that creates an unauthorized advantage or generates rewards outside intended gameplay may be investigated and sanctioned.
The operator's complete legal identity and governing-law information must be added before production digital-asset functionality launches. Mandatory legal rights always take priority over conflicting language in this document.
Scope
This Policy applies to every Netron Tanks mode, match, account, device, leaderboard, event, marketplace and reward or withdrawal-related activity.
Cheats and unauthorized tools
- Modified clients, memory or packet manipulation, aim or movement assistance and visibility hacks.
- Bots, scripts, unattended play and automation or macros creating an unfair advantage.
- Tools that intercept, alter, imitate or automate game, store, API or wallet traffic.
- Attempts to evade, disable or reverse engineer anti-cheat controls for abuse.
Bugs and exploits
A player discovering an exploit must stop using it and report it. Repeating, sharing or concealing it to obtain progression, items, currency or advantage is prohibited even if the client permits the action.
Multi-accounting in the same map
Owning multiple accounts is not automatically prohibited. Using controlled or coordinated accounts in the same match or map to farm, feed, block, scout, manipulate matchmaking or influence an outcome is prohibited.
Match and economy manipulation
- Win trading, intentional feeding, arranged outcomes or opponent collusion.
- Coordinated inactivity, queue manipulation or artificial rank and stat farming.
- Duplicating, laundering or transferring improperly obtained items, points or rewards.
- Evading event, purchase, referral, withdrawal or account limits through linked accounts.
Account and community conduct
Account theft, sale, unauthorized access, impersonation, threats and harassment are prohibited. An obscene username may result in restriction until a valid username-change request is completed.
Investigation signals
Netron Tanks may examine gameplay events, input patterns, IP addresses, device identifiers, account activity, match relationships, economy events and relevant support records. Signals may be correlated across associated accounts and devices.
This Policy does not state that the game scans unrelated personal files or captures device screenshots.
Investigation process
Automated signals may open a case, but context and available evidence are reviewed before material sanctions where reasonably possible. We may preserve records, hold rewards or access and request clarification.
A complex review may take several weeks. Detection details, thresholds and raw evidence may be withheld where disclosure would enable bypass or harm another user.
Sanctions
- Warning or corrective instruction.
- Rollback of statistics, items, rewards, points or improperly obtained progression.
- Restriction of competitive, store, referral, marketplace or withdrawal features.
- Temporary or permanent account suspension.
- Device block and proportionate action on demonstrably associated accounts.
Decision notice
Where practical, the player receives the violated rule or reason category and sanction. Detection logic, confidential reports and information about another player need not be disclosed.
Appeal
One appeal may be submitted within 14 calendar days through the correct official Discord section. It must identify the decision and alleged factual error. The internal result is final, subject to mandatory legal rights.
False positives
If a material error is confirmed, we may remove or reduce the sanction and restore eligible progress or items where technically possible. A good-faith temporary investigation hold does not itself guarantee compensation.
